What to Expect from Your Initial Design Consultation

Your Initial Design Consultation is a personalized, in-depth session designed to establish a clear vision and strategy for your project—whether a new build, renovation, or interior transformation of an existing home. We will spend up to two hours (120 minutes) on-site or virtually, reviewing as many spaces as needed, whether walking through an existing home, discussing architectural plans, or refining key details for a project in progress.

This consultation is designed to provide you with maximum value and clarity. During our meeting, we will:

• Offer expert design insights tailored to your project, whether a ground-up construction, a major renovation, or a furnishings-focused update.

• Discuss your vision for how you’d like to experience your new or redesigned space.

• Review architectural plans and layouts to optimize flow, function, and aesthetics.

• Share an overview of our Full-Service Design process and the next steps.

• Review your inspiration images to refine and articulate your design style.

• Ask insightful questions to uncover your functional, aesthetic, and lifestyle goals.

• Document key takeaways in a Consultation Summary for future reference.

• Capture photos (for existing homes) or reference plans (for new builds) to ensure a seamless design process.

Following the consultation, we will present a comprehensive list of recommendations and a tailored proposal outlining the next steps to bring your vision to life.

How to Prepare for Your Consultation

• Curating Your Vision – Gather 12-24 inspiration images that reflect your aesthetic preferences, functionality needs, and overall style aspirations.

• Providing Project Details – If applicable, share architectural plans, builder specifications, or renovation scopes so we can provide the most relevant insights.

• Defining Your Investment Level – While exact numbers aren’t required, having a general idea of your intended investment will help us tailor recommendations. If you’re unsure, we’ll guide you in determining the appropriate level of investment.

Consultation Policies

To ensure a seamless experience, please review our consultation policies:

• Non-Refundable Payments – All payments are final and non-refundable.

• Consultation Validity – Your consultation must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase.

• Rescheduling Notice – A 48-hour notice is required for any rescheduling requests.

• Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

• Multiple Reschedules – More than one rescheduling request will result in forfeiture of the payment.
